UV LED light source characteristics
1. Cold light source, no heat radiation, suitable for bonding heat-sensitive materials
2. Instant on, no preheating required, with an irradiance of over 18000mW/cm².
3. Compact size allows easy integration into fully automated production lines and equipment.
4. UV LED emits no infrared radiation or harmful gases, complying with ROHS standards. It is safer and more environmentally friendly than traditional mercury lamps.
5. Over 20,000 hours of lifespan significantly reduces operating costs and maintenance time.
6.Equipped with flexible cables that can be installed in movable parts, meeting the need for frequent movement.
High efficiency: The light energy of LED-UV is highly concentrated in a specific ultraviolet spectrum that has effective curing properties. Its curing effect is comparable to traditional high-pressure mercury lamps with an actual intensity of 10,000-22,000mW/cm², shortening curing time. Traditional mercury lamps appear bright but generate a lot of heat due to their wide spectrum, with only a portion of the energy concentrated in the ultraviolet spectrum responsible for effective curing, while a considerable amount falls into visible light (stray light) and infrared spectrum (producing heat). This causes serious eye damage to operators and easily leads to thermal deformation of processed workpieces.
